with a power adapter that works in Poland. They sell them at travel shops, but they will ahve them there, as well.
4 :
Go to a travel store and purchase a travel voltage converter.
5 :
but an adapter plug and then plug it in

You can purcahes a plug in converter. This converts the power in a foreign country to the AC current that we have here in the US. You can purchase a converter at any electronic store. Be sure to tell the salesperson what you will be using it for. There are also converters that are equipped with surge protection.

Look at your charger. Most will go from 100-240 volts 50-60 cycle automatically. All you need is a plug adapter that cost a few dollars at any travel department or shop.

An adapter might work, but be very careful. I was in Europe last February and took an adapter for my curling iron and let's just say, I needed a hair cut after I used it. The wattage is different in Europe and it kind of super heated my curling iron and it burned my hair off. Also, we sent a fiber optic angel to a relative there with an adapter and it burned up that little angel. I would call HP to ask them what your options are. Be careful not to burn up your laptop by using an adaptor. Good luck and have fun!

The same why you charge anything in Europe. With an adapter. You plug it into the wall and then plug whatever you want up to it. http://www.travelessentials.com/department/Electrical/Outlet_Adaptors/18501030034.html

Get a universal power adapter from your local store. They sell them everywhere. Food stores, pharmacies, electronic stores, luggage stores, office supply stores, even your local 7-11 might have one!
