Do PC games have regional codes? Ex a comp game bought in Europe on an American laptop?

PC games are not region locked. The only problem you would have would be the language. But since it's the UK, where they speak English, you shouldn't have any problems except for the spelling, where they use our instead of or, like colour instead of color.
